R1-Essentials
Essentials is a confidence‑building introduction to the Reformer where you learn how the machine moves beneath you, how your body feels on the reformer, and how to find proper form in every position.
The pace is steady and supportive, with everyone learning the same foundational movements together, so there’s no pressure to know anything in advance.
You’ll explore the springs, foot bar, straps, and carriage, understand how each element shapes your movement, and build the core alignment, breath, and control that make Pilates feel safe, strong, and intuitive.
This class is your grounding point - an inviting space to get comfortable, ask questions, and develop the essential skills that will carry you confidently into every class that follows.
R1/R2-Flow
Elevate your practice with this flowing Reformer class designed for beginner to improver level clients. The focus is on achieving precision and control through smooth transitions and deliberate movements that engage the entire body.
Participants will refine their technique while building strength, flexibility, and alignment, all within a dynamic, continuous flow.
Each exercise is carefully structured to challenge balance and coordination, ensuring improved body awareness and mastery of the Reformer.
This class is ideal for those seeking to deepen their Pilates practice while cultivating grace, focus, and control in every movement.
R2- Sculpt

The session focuses on building full-body power, targeting core stability, muscle endurance, and overall strength.
Through progressive exercises, using dumbbells and the added resistance of the Reformer machine, participants will tone and sculpt key muscle groups while refining control and precision in their movements.

R2/R3-Flow

R2-Jump
Our Cardio-Infused Reformer Jump Class is the perfect fusion of dynamic movement and controlled strength, designed specifically for intermediate clients or those already familiar with the reformer machine. The first half of the class features jump board cardio that gets your heart pumping while the second half transitions into classic reformer work, focusing on core strength, alignment, and mobility to leave you feeling balanced and strong. So don’t worry - you won’t be jumping for 50 minutes straight!
This split format ensures you get the best of both worlds: energizing cardio and restorative control. Expect full-body sculpting, improved endurance, and a serious endorphin boost.
(Clients with active back injuries or slipped discs should avoid this class. Please complete your recovery and receive appropriate clearance before participating in jump‑based sessions.)
Pre-natal Reformer (Wed 12pm, 7pm & Sat 4pm)
A prenatal Reformer Pilates class is more than just a workout - it’s a nurturing space where expectant mums can feel strong, supported, and connected. Using the spring-loaded Reformer machine, and wedges to support supine, each session gently strengthens your core, pelvic floor, and posture while easing common pregnancy discomforts like back pain and fatigue. Movements are tailored to your trimester and guided by instructors trained in prenatal care, so you’ll feel safe and empowered throughout. But what makes these classes truly special is the community they build. It’s a brilliant way to meet other mums-to-be in your area, share experiences, and form lasting friendships. You’re not just preparing for birth - you’re joining a tribe of healthy, like-minded women who lift each other up every step of the way.

First Born’s: Over 65’s (Tues 1pm)
A calm, focused Reformer class designed for adults over 65. Guided by Daniella, whose physiotherapy background brings a careful eye for alignment and safe progression, you move through controlled sequences that maintain mobility, strength, and ease in everyday movement. Each exercise is intentional, each transition unhurried, creating a gentle rhythm that supports concentration and confidence. It’s a space to stay strong and supple while sharing the experience with others who value mindful movement and the grounding comfort of practising together.
M1-Fundamentals (Tues evening & Sat lunchtime )
This beginner-friendly class introduces the core principles of Pilates, blending classical techniques with a contemporary approach for a balanced and engaging experience. With an emphasis on fundamentals, participants will focus on mastering essential movements that build a strong foundation for their Pilates practice.
Through controlled exercises, breathwork, and mindful body alignment, this class helps improve posture, strengthen the core, and enhance overall body awareness. Ideal for those new to Pilates, it offers a supportive and welcoming environment to explore the transformative benefits of mat-based practice
M1/M2-Feel Good (Tues evening & Sat lunchtime)
This uplifting class is designed to improve mobility and leave you feeling revitalized. Suitable for all levels, the session focuses on breathwork, flowing movements and gentle stretches that enhance joint flexibility, release tension, and promote a greater range of motion.
With an emphasis on fluidity and ease, this class helps participants move more freely while building confidence and body awareness. Whether you're a beginner or more experienced, the Feel-Good Mixed Level class offers a refreshing Pilates experience that encourages lightness and joy in every movement.
M2/M3- Flow (Tues evening & Sat lunchtime)
