About Earthy 

Earthy has been a long time coming. It began in 2022 as a business assignment in Creativity, Innovation and Entrepreneurship — a complex idea, but a meaningful one.

Originally envisioned as a grocery refill store to tackle the plastic crisis and its impact on health, Earthy evolved in response to consumers. Market research revealed that while the refill concept was valuable, the public wasn’t quite ready. So the idea pivoted to a different expression of health.


Enter Pilates. At first glance, it seemed like a leap. But both ideas shared the same objective: improving health and vitality.

Because what are we without our health?

My background in healthcare exposed me to countless stories - moments of clarity from people who had lost their health and would give anything to get it back. The noise of life - the stress, the distractions, the things we think matter - suddenly seemed trivial.

What truly mattered was being able to run after grandchildren, move without pain, enjoy retirement without illness, and live with energy and lasting joy.


Earthy is more than a studio. It’s a sanctuary for wellbeing. A place where we nurture not just physical health, but the full spectrum of what it means to thrive. We focus on enhancing both health span and lifespan - helping people live with vitality.


We believe true vitality comes from balance across all pillars of wellness:
Psychological, Physical, Stress Management, Rest, Human Connection, Nutrition, Hydration and Intellectual Engagement.


Earthy’s brand begins with movement and connection - through mindful Pilates and a strong, supportive community. Our mini health events, led by accredited physicians, offer the latest insights into longevity and holistic health.

From Personal Practice to Purposeful Teaching-

About Tara

At the time, I was studying business part-time and balancing life with my daughter and new born son. Pilates became a constant in my life—a morning ritual that kept me grounded through challenging times, including the pandemic. This practice inspired me to pursue my certification, and in April 2023, I officially became a qualified Pilates instructor. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with clients across Dublin, teaching in gyms, parks, colleges, and more, offering both group and one to one sessions.


Now, I’m thrilled to open my very own studio. It’s a space designed for everyone—whether you’re a beginner discovering the basics or an advanced practitioner seeking new challenges. Classes range from strengthening and flow to relaxation-focused sessions, with future offerings like Physiotherapy Pilates, and Pre- and Postnatal Pilates on the horizon.

When I’m not teaching, I love spending time with my family, running, attending spin classes, and traveling. I love reading, particularly drawn to topics like psychology, healthy living, and performance enhancement, with a soft spot for stoic philosophy.
